After about a year engagement, Mark-Paul and Catriona said their I Dos at a winery in Santa Ynez, CA. Sorry, ladies: Mark-Paul Gosselaar is officially off the market. One year after the Franklin & Bash star proposed to advertising executive Catriona McGinn, the couple said “I do” on Saturday at the Sunstone winery in Santa Ynez, Calif., a source confirms to PEOPLE exclusively. “He was so excited to have found the woman of his dreams,” said Neil Lane, who designed the couple’s engagement rings and wedding bands. “He couldn’t wait to propose!” Gosselaar, 38, who was previously married to Lisa Russell and has two children, told PEOPLE that he was very involved in Saturday’s wedding planning. “I’m too type-A to let it happen around me,” he said. “We’re trying to make it as traditional as possible. It’s going to be fun!” Next, the former Saved by the Bell star and his new bride are heading to Italy for their honeymoon. “Trust me, we are going to eat our asses off!” he told PEOPLE. “We’re really excited about that element.”
I remember being bummed when I learned that Gosselaar‘s first marriage ended so I’m happy to see that he found someone else to be happy with. They make a very hot couple, don’t they? I know that Mark-Paul has a new show and all of that but he will forever be Zack Morris to me. It’s nice to see that Zack finally found his real life Kelly Kapowski. May they live happily ever after :)
