Gentlemen, if you're attempting to hit on Anna Kendrick, there are a few things you should know.
When MTV News' Josh Horowitz went down to SXSW, he spoke with Kendrick and her "Drinking Buddies" costar Jake Johnson about how they enjoy nights out with their friends. Kendrick's night out with her male friends tends to include one pick-up style that she is no longer accepting.
"Whenever it's my guy friends, it's generally speaking like, we're hanging out, and they want to be like, 'I'm going to order this whisky. I think you're really going to like it.' Guys do that a lot," she said. "Guys, as a move, it's been done. Just FYI. Just so you know. We've all had it done before. It's not an original idea."
Johnson was a little disappointed to hear that his plans for the night were now foiled by Kendrick's insight. "I have no move now tonight," he said. "Tonight after the movie, I was going to go, 'Great job. Anna will take a whisky.'"
But when she's not turning down offers of whisky, Kendrick prefers a nice wine with her girls. "The ladies, generally speak, I just stock my bar with wine and get those ladies liquored up"
